New Rancid album will be released this spring!
According to Rancid’s official website (rancidrancid.com ) their new album is completed and slated for release in the spring of this year. The album is currently untitled.
The album was mixed by long-time Rancid producer, Brett Gurewitz. Brett is most well known as the founding member of Bad Religion and the owner of Epitaph Records.
The album will be released in time for Rancid’s upcoming North American tour with Rise Against. It will also mark the first appearance (in studio) of new drummer Branden Steineckert (formerly of The Used).
The band states on their website: “We’re putting together some exciting stuff with this record that we can’t wait to share with you all.”
